Making a claim
When you contact our claims team or fill out the online claim form you will be asked for the following information:-
- Customer name, address and postcode
- Your daytime contact telephone number and email address
- The vehicle registration
- Details of the failure
- Upload the repair quote this has been obtained
If the repair is covered by the agreement, we will authorise the repair and confirm our liability. We will then issue a confirmation form. Authorisation is valid for 3 months after repair authority is given
Please note: All repairs must be authorised by us prior to being carried out. Any repairs carried out without our authorisation cannot be reimbursed.
